Ms. Sheela Devi

Sheela Devi holds a Master of Science in Nursing (2012) and a Bachelor of Nursing (2006), supported by professional training in nursing education and pedagogy. She has also completed certifications in Clinical Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coaching, Body Language Coaching and recently completed the Advanced Varmam Therapy (Indian Acupressure) Course. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare and nursing education, Sheela has served in clinical, academic and leadership roles. Sheela has actively contributed to academic research and conferences, including presentations and publications related to elderly care, medication practices, social health issues and integrative health research. She is currently involved in research on the evaluation of Varmam Therapy in the management of hypertension. She is deeply involved in community health outreach programmes, including health screenings, vaccination campaigns, health education and volunteer work with the National Cancer Society Malaysia. She actively participates in community service programmes in schools, welfare homes and public health initiatives.
